Welcome to the Rainbows web site. Rainbows is situated in Beverley, and serves Beverley,
Hull and East Yorkshire and is the company from which I run meditation groups and
personal development workshops, offer success coaching and EFT. I am a certified, Louise
Hay teacher and Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master and I also run a Reiki practice, giving Reiki
treatments and attunements.

The mission of Rainbows is to help you to live more positively, and this is achieved with
all of the tools at my disposal. What works for one situation, might not work for another so
I've collected a range of different skills and tools to help you. These include Louise Hay
Workshops, Positively Me! Workshops, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Success
Coaching, Meditation Groups and more.

I've set up this web site to give you an idea of the things I do, and to list workshops that
I'm running, as well as giving you a way to become involved with Rainbows, even if you
live too far away to get here.

The links on the left contain all sorts of things for you to enjoy. You can explore your
spiritual side with great spiritual articles and links in the 'Reading Room', motivate yourself
with our 'Thought For The Day' quotes, 'Motivate Your Mind' with our games and puzzles
and be inspired by some of our 'Recommended Self-Help and Motivational Authors'. There's
a special page on Louise Hay with an introduction to Louise and details of the Louise Hay
workshops I run, and there are details of my own 'Positively Me!' motivational workshops too.

There's also a 'Phases Of The Moon' page, and Meditation, Reiki, and EFT pages as well as a
'Health and Healing' page which contains articles and information about complementary and
alternative therapies to help you along your path, whatever that path might be. There are
beautiful photographs to inspire you on the 'Photo Magic' page, and a Coffee Shop where you
can buy Affirmation and Inspiration Cards, Ho'oponopono photographs and more. And check
out the 'Rainbows Guides To', and 'Rainbow Reading Ebooks' pages for my own inspirational
and informative ebooks.

There's spiritual, motivational and inspirational chat in the Rainbows Forum where you can
join our online community for free and share your thoughts and experiences with like-
minded people, and also my Blog on the 'About Me' page, which will keep you up to date
with my own life experiences and some of the lessons. I'm learning along the way.

On the 'Rainbows Links' page there are links to other sites I think you'll enjoy seeing. The
'Events And Workshops' page lists local events and workshops etc. both at Rainbows and
elsewhere. The 'Rainbows News' page is updated nearly every week and if anything on the
site changes, I’ll tell you on the news page first, so do visit there often to see what’s new.

At the moment, I'm running Rainbows from my home, but have plans to expand one day
soon, to a new home where there will be room for more people to come to the workshops
etc. The 'My Dream' page tells you the plans I have for the new place when I get it.
